"..Jill has helped our team reach new levels in many ways through goal setting and focusing on the right priorities, challenging assumptions while assisting individuals to open their minds to new possibilities, driving results through performance improvement and dealing with difficult relationships.."
The Proud Group provides a combination of assessments, workshops, one-on-one and observation coaching, design and consulting services. The majority of organizations focus on numbers, results and spreadsheets as the primary tool for measuring performance. The challenge lies not in keeping score, providing the numbers or in helping your people understand them. That's the easiest part. Much more important to the success of any organization is targeting and measuring the thinking or mindset of the individuals that drive your results. How we think about ourselves, our role, our team and ultimately our organization is the key lever to either drive or undermine personal and therefore organizational performance.
The Proud Group addresses achieving enhanced results and making modifications to more effective behaviours by laying the foundation for development at a deeper level. By embedding the approach to creating any change - increased sales, a more dynamic leadership team, enhanced innovation and even shifting an organizational culture - in the fundamental drivers of mindset management we are able to facilitate higher performance at the individual, team and organizational level.
The Proud Group... it's the right thing to do.
