Coaching is most successful when utilized more intensively in the short-term and then consistently but less frequently over the long-term. We offer three types of coaching:

This is a highly individualized approach that focuses on key priorities identified through initial assessment of organizational, team leader and individual objectives. The purpose of one-on-one sessions is to provide a focused, objective environment in which individuals can develop and refine strategies for enhanced performance.

Group coaching is offered for very specific needs that can include team environments, workshop follow-up for large audiences and where targeted training can effectively be delivered outside of a one-on-one experience.

In observation coaching sessions a coach will work with clients to both model high performing coaching practices and provide coaching feedback in a series of live one-on-one coaching sessions. This type of coaching is targeted at managers and senior leaders. The primary purpose of observation coaching is to provide a practical opportunity for the manager/leader to learn and to begin coaching team members based on a set of core coaching practices that focus on high performing thinking.
